Mark puttkammer is the goat for negotiation!!! he got the developer to add so many upgrades to our villa for free. I don’t know anything about market analysis but he made it easy to see we were getting a steal. Best experience buying property ever.

Honestly i was so stressed about buying that luxury spot in hin lek fai because the contract looked like a different language even in english lol. Mark really saved us there, he didn’t just talk but actually got into the weeds with the negotiation and made sure the developer didn’t hide any extra fees. He knows the Hua Hin market so well it’s kind of crazy… he told us exactly which plots were gonna go up in value and which ones were overpriced.
